As a Sales Analyst you will be supporting the Pharma Sales and Traditional Trade Sales teams by running reports and collecting insights to help us increase our productivity and improve our operational efficiency.
You will be reporting directly into the Head of Pharma Sales and you will be focucing more in our Pharma business looking after our OTC brands (Nurofen, Strepsils, Strepfen, Gaviscon) as well as our remaining portfolio of brands (Dettol, Durex, Scholl, Veet).
Your main responsibilities will be :
Run reports (month closure & daily reports) promptly by achieving group deadlines
Enhance quality reporting by providing correct and consistent data result analysis
Perform high level, in depth analyses using syndicated data in various systems
Support the Sales teams by leveraging data to drive in-market implementation
Measure performance and impact of initiatives. Communicate results effectively across the business
Provide daily support to the Head of Pharma Sales and ensure that data are imported correctly into the reporting tools
Drive reporting initiatives for Sales Teams
Set reporting for 3Ds (distribution, displays, detailing) and 4Ps initiatives (promotion, price, product and placement)
Gather related info to calculate Field Sales Bonus
Training new users on CRM tools
Responsible for the maintenance, input and extraction of SFA (Sales Force Automation) data
Educated at min to Bachelor’s degree
Great reporting skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with high partnership / collaboration abilities
Fluency in English
