The Operation Manager of Digital-out-of-home Network will have the overall responsibility for delivering the Build Plan of Digital-
out-of-home Network. Reporting into the Company’s CEO, he will do this through successfully planning and leading out-sourced and in-
house construction resources, with responsibility for the whole build process from initiation, such as permit request to the final stage of installation.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful delivery in a product and or services environment, and whilst knowledge of build processes and legislation is helpful, the ability to lead, motivate and challenge a team to continually deliver to a high standard and collaboration with key stake holders throughout the business is key to the success of this role.
To have total accountability for the production, monitoring and updating of the Build Plan of Digital-out-of-home Network, liaising with the Technical Department, or other internal departments as required, identifying obstacles to delivery of the plan, providing solutions and identifying opportunities to improve the plan or the build process.
Undertaking regular inspections of the Digital estate within a defined area. Ensuring that any maintenance or quality issues are resolved swiftly.
Evaluating and conducting redesigns of existing infrastructure & products to reduce costs, improve manufacturability, or improve product performance.
Working closely with the Head of Technology Development supporting the planning and prioritizing of the design team’s work to ensure that business and project objectives are delivered efficiently to timetable and in line with business requirements.
Developing the Operation team of Digital Network for the future, managing recruitment, induction and training of new team members, identifying future talent and opportunities for growth as well as looking for ways of continually to improve the efficiency and standards of delivery of the team.

Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficient in English language
Experience of taking own initiative and be able to deliver under tight timescales, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in front line management (preferable)
Experience of working with Out Of Home Digital equipment, fault finding and problem solving (preferable)
Experience of working with Out Of Home Billboard Estate (preferable)
