On behalf of our client, an innovative Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) company located in Thessaloniki , we are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical / IT Support Specialist , to join its established and tech-forward team.
A day in the life of a Technical Support Specialist’
You will join a team dedicated to increase customer satisfaction and support them on their cloud solutions using company’s services such as Cloud Servers, Cloud Data Center, Cloud Backup, Cloud Databases and email services.
You will work close with the customers, the internal teams and the service providers, in order to solve customer-facing complex problems.
Implement and provide solutions to clients based on the company’s services
Provide expert-level technical support via all the provided channels (ticketing system, live chat, email, phone)
Drive customer communication during outages, RCAs
Drive product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or during demos and other virtual presentations
Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
Develop and maintain training material for the company’s partners
Contribute to the installation and maintenance of the data center devices and processes
Respond to cases within SLA(s), with the appropriate level of urgency
Be on top of this fast-paced era of digital transformation by keeping yourself educated
What you will need
BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a member of a customer facing team
Strong experience in Office 365 or / and Azure
Advanced knowledge on Windows Server and / or Linux OS
Basic understanding of Networking protocols and networks
Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills (in Greek & English)
Solid understanding of Domain, DNS and e-mail services
Experience in installing, monitoring, and maintaining data center equipment
Experience in system administration
In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
