We are looking to recruit for summer 2022 (May - November)

Pastry Chef (Location Messini)

Neilson provide an excellent working environment with great opportunities for future career development and the possibility to work in our winter ski resorts after a successful summer season.

We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team in our beach club at Vounaki

Pastry Chef responsibilities includes Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment. Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.

Developing new recipes for seasonal menus. Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.

Requirements :

Work experience min. 2 years as a restaurant or 4- 5-star Hotel

Hands-on experience with preparing and handling baking and other kitchen equipment

Understanding of food hygiene

Good time-management skills

Team spirit

Ability to work under pressure

Good command of English language

Diploma from a culinary school is a plus
