We are looking for Commercial Manager to join us in our Commercial team, based in Greece. This is a build-up position, so we are looking for a proactive and experienced professional to support the growth of our company in hotel trading and destination management.

Main responsibilities :

  • Managing existing clients, understanding their requirements and business models to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with clients leading them to further growth.
  • Development and implementation of commercial strategies according to company goals and directions.
  • Collaborate with the different teams and departments in the Shared Service Center in Palma de Mallorca (Product, Commercial, etc.)
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using exiting BI system and prepare reports for senior management and clients.
  • Weekly monitoring of sales reports and analysis. Interpretation and execution of required action towards clients and the organization.
  • Elaboration of key portfolios and joint opportunities together with clients & destinations.
  • Elaboration, analysis and interpretation of competitive reports.
  • Collaborate with Contracting Team in Greece, in order to meet the clients needs in requested portfolio
  • Collaborate with Yield and Revenue department in Greece for reaching company’s production targets.
  • Participate in different tourism fairs (ITB, WTM, etc.)
  • Requisitos

  • Minimum 5 years working in a commercial, contracting or product management position.
  • Degree in Tourism or Business Administration.
  • Experience in contracting and product management and its commercialization
  • Solid and extensive understanding of the destinations and products mainly in the Mediterranean area.
  • Disposition to travel.
  • Fluent English & Greek, other languages will be a plus.
  • Analytical skills, accustomed to work with a data warehouse
  • Understanding of the different source markets and Key market players of these areas
