Implement, monitor and evaluate outbound campaigns via all channels : CRC, emails & BTQ network
Perform Data Mining Analysis for the needs of different types of Customer segmentation (value, shopping preferences, propensity to buy etc) with the use of techniques like (Chaid Trees, Factor Analysis, Regression and Cluster Analysis)
Create detailed monthly reporting along with meaningful dashboards of CRM KPIs per channel, segment, area etc
Monitor trends and apply statistical models for creating mid & long term forecasts for the evolution of CRM KPIs
Evaluate offers running through different channels in terms of incremental sales and calculate ROI
What will make you successful
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics / Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent field (Master’s degree in equivalent fields will be considered as an asset
At least 3 years of working experience as a Data Analyst
Data modeling and Management, integration and manipulation of large disparate datasets
Predictive modeling and optimization
Strong skills in IBM Modeler
Very good knowledge of SQL
Experience in other statistical packages for data manipulation and in development of predictive and prescriptive models like R or Python
Experience in Power BI will be also an asset
Be able to participate in cross functional projects & teams
Strong skills in Excel & Power point
Fluency in Greek & English
