This boutique hotel & spa is a refreshing addition to a village sprawling with traditional whitewashed structures and intends to put the focus back on the outdoors and natural surroundings.

Front Office Agent

The Front Office Department is responsible in ensuring that guests are provided with an excellent welcoming service as well as making sure that guests will have a smooth check-

in, uncompromising stay, and check out experience.

Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar position in 4* or 5* hotels.
  • Degree in Hospitality / Tourism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about the job.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and familiar with Medallion and Epicurus system.
  • Well groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent team working skills.
  • CV’s with not fulfilling the

    above prerequisites won’t be taken under consideration.
