To implement and follow the Global best practices to achieve operational excellence in Supply Chain. Operational excellence should be achieved by delivering the right product, at the right customer, at the right time, at the right quality and at the right cost.
Establish and follow the Local Forecasting & SCM Policies in alignment with GISC and GSF.
Establish and drive local pre-S&OP and S&OP processes.
Establish and follow the local New Product Launching Process and Change Control for product range changes (transfers, divestments, pruning, other).
Meet customer service level specified by BFs, in the frames of set targets and parameters.
Monitor demand performance.
Maintain strong relationships between Marketing and Logistics primarily, but also with all other departments of the organization (RA, QA, Trade, BPA).
Commit and comply with the company’s Policies and Guidelines with regard to the Code of Conduct, Corporate Citizenship, P3 and other related global and local policies and guidelines.
University degree in Business Discipline or Science
Desirable degrees : MBA or equivalent in SCM
Relevant experience in SCM will be considered a plus
Excellent command of English language
Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
Desired experience in the health care or pharmaceutical industry
