We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to lead a technical team and help improve our products by making the most out of our data.

Your responsibilities include managing the data science team, planning and delivering data science and machine learning projects to support our SaaS web applications.

You should have strong problem-solving and excellent management skills, and an ability to align our data products with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor and coach a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers
  • Lead data mining and collection processes
  • Ensure data quality and integrity
  • Conceive, plan and prioritize data projects
  • Experiment with new models and techniques
  • Align data projects with organizational goals, define and deliver the long and short term vision of the Data Science team

    • Our data science stack includes :

  • Python 3, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Scrapy, OpenCV, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, MLflow, Docker, Prefect, AWS

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to manage projects and work in agile / scrum environments
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or similar field
  • Solid understanding of a wide range of statistical and machine learning methods and experience with the full ML lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Experience with at least one cloud provider (preferably AWS)
  • Experience with service-oriented architectures and REST APIs a plus
  • A business mindset
  • Critical thinker, detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
