Consistently working towards our vision to always be First in Mind - First in Choice for our customers we are looking for a Service Planner in Compressor Technique Service Operations of Atlas Copco Hellas.

As a Service Planner you will be the first in line contact for our customers in need for maintenance and repair and you will be responsible for planning the day to day work schedules of our Field Service Engineers and to organize technical support for our customers.

Day to day you will make a difference by...

  • Being main point of contact for our service customers negotiating and agreeing the interventions' terms and ensuring that we honor agreements of service contracts and we cover customers' requirements.
  • Planning the technical interventions aiming to meet the settled delivery and quality terms by efficiently using resources in compliance with technical, commercial and health & safety at work norms.
  • Developing schedule of interventions and communicating it to customers and to field Engineers of the service team.
  • Providing first line technical support to our customers and when required escalating issues to specialized engineer and product specialist of service department.
  • Managing operational software of service department and generating and analyzing reports related to our Field Service Engineers utilization and working process.
  • Collecting necessary data related to interventions (customer and equipment infor, hours allocated and detected problems and solutions).
  • The person we are looking for is...

  • An experienced service coordinator or a professional of aftermarket operations.
  • Technical education graduate (Mechanical or Electrical studies) or with significant technical experience in industrial equipment.
  • Native speaker of Greek language with good knowledge of English language.
  • Experienced in working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, Teams) with desire to learn and use new systems.
  • Demonstrating a genuine interest in accurately understanding and acting on customer's needs and expectations. Prioritizes work and timely addresses customer's requests.
  • Actively seeks feedback to accurately identify customer's needs. Searches for ways to improve customer service and customer experience.

  • Exhibiting interest in the fundamentals of how the business works and understands how to contribute to business success.
  • Demonstrates an openness to change and readily learns and

    adapts to new technologies. Shares new and useful ideas and seeks exposure to new ways of looking at things. Meets goals and expected results, displaying a can-do attitude.
