We are currently seeking to employ a Workforce Management Analyst in our offices in Athens.The key responsibilities of the Workforce Management Analyst will include : ·Proposing staffing options to project assignment needs that align with skills, professional goals, and / or staffing preferences·Working with project managers to ensure staff demand is up to date and fit for purpose·Providing guidance to project managers on capacity gaps / needs while ensuring optimal utilization of available staff·Performing administrative tasks related to staffing and scheduling functions·Preparing materials for and supporting completion of monthly reports and as requested·Implementing requests, updating schedules and responding to escalated issues·Analyzing immediate data and available resources to prepare a plan of action·Reacting to changing situations with timeliness and a sense of urgency The person we’re looking for needs to have : ·Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field·Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position·Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and exercise good judgment·Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required·Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet·Good command of English To be successful as a Workforce Management Analyst in Grant Thornton Greece you need the following : ·Strong work ethic and team spirit·High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills·Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material and communicate with various levels of management·Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills·Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills What will we offer to you?
