Job Description

Our amazing client based in Cape Town specializes in handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries that include - telephone calls, faxes, emails and social media responses.

Our client is now looking for a Greek Speaking Customer Sales & Services Representative to join their team.

Job Type : Full Time Permanent ( Part-Time employment may be considered up to a minimum of 20 hours per week.)

Working Hours : (Mon-Fri) 07h00 - 18h00 at 40 hours per week. EU daylight savings will apply. *Flexibility to work shifts, no weekends currently however, this may be subject to change at the clients’ discretion

Salary : R15 833,33 per month ( Retention bonus : R20 000 per annum - Paid after completion of 1 year service and annually thereafter on work anniversary)

Requirements

Fluent in Greek (Native) Verbal & written skills essential

Excellent customer service skills essential

Experience in call centre or travel & tourism industry preferred

Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills

Knowledge & experience on MS Office products & able to work on Windows-based operating systems

Previous experience on travel reservations systems is beneficial

Own transport

No criminal record. You will be required to complete biometrics

Your Role as a CSSR includes :

Working for a prestigious airline brand on various workstreams

Providing assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Greek & English languages

Working on renowned airline reservations systems and handling outbound voice calls, written correspondence & other multimedia channels daily

Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments

Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels

Demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment

Experience the multicultural work environment with colleagues from all over the world

Fully paid product and systems training provided

All Critical Skills Visa applications will be submitted by the client.

All Permanent residence permit / South African ID holders and VISA candidates will be considered
