Customer Contact Center Manager

Location : Athens

A leading multinational company and one of key players in the tech sector seeks to recruit a passionate Customer Contact Center Manager for its offices in Athens.

Main Tasks :

  • Managing Business Contact Centers (Inbound & Outbound) & Back Office teams
  • Responsible for touchpoint NPS, FCR and service level of Business segment customer care across all sub-segments
  • Responsible for complaints management across all sub-segments
  • Responsible for back office operations across all sub-segments
  • Responsible for proactive retention, reactive retention, upsell and cross-sell of SoHo segment
  • Vendor management for all aforementioned activities
  • Acting as the main source of insight across the company for the voice of the Business Customers
  • Acting as the main source of insight for Business CRM for the commercial approach of customer lifecycle management
  • Requirements :

  • University degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant position
  • Excellent command of the English language and excellent PC skills
  • Results orientation

  • Collaborative and strategic mindset
