Trading Operations Manager
SG Digital is looking for a Trading Operations Manager for its leading Managed Trading Operations as it grows in the Athens office.
The Trading Operations Manager will be defining and update on an ongoing basis the trading procedures and processes while undertaking training and further developing the Trading personnel.
An integral part of the role is clustering, prioritising and evaluating operational MTS incidents and propose and implement methods and mechanisms to optimise.
This role would be well suited to an individual with extensive experience in operational processes management looking to further their career with a market leading company.
Build excellent knowledge of the system workflows
Define the trading processes to ensure smooth operations between cross-jurisdictional hubs
Ensure processes meet customer expectations and align with contractual obligations
Oversee on-boarding of new trading personnel
Monitor trading performance KPIs and propose development activities to constantly optimise operational excellence
Ensure ongoing development of trading personnel
Work closely with the Product Management team to incorporate latest features in training materials, processes and user manuals accordingly
Previous experience in operational processes optimisation roles of 5+ years preferably in the B2B services sector
Strong communication and tutoring skills
Understanding and familiarity with the sports betting business will be considered as a plus
Customer-focused, focused on improving customer experience
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with ability to act accurately under pressure
Great attention to detail with the aim to provide quality results in a short time.
Confident to make quality decisions under pressure
Computer literacy with in depth knowledge of MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work flexible hours in line with the needs of the business and the sporting calendar
