Optimal HR Group on behalf of essDOCS , a paperless global trade management company, is looking to recruit a dynamic Junior / Mid Product Manager.
The Product Manager will define business problems and associated product requirements, using in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information and will outline detailed requirements for company’s solutions and ensure the delivered solution meets those requirements.
Also, she / he will be responsible for project managing the release and delivering the solution to company’s clients.
Gathering, validating and documenting product requirements
Acting as the key interface between company’s users / customers and the development team gathering information, document processes, and confirming the final solution with the product’s users
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
Drafting product requirements
Creating UI mockups, if required
Performing user level testing of solutions
Customer onboarding - setup, configuration and training
Working with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivered product meets the users’ needs
At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
Excellent command of the English language
Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and customer needs into succinct user stories
Strong analytical skills
Quick learner, eager to explore new technology, processes, and procedures
