You will handle and resolve customers’ technical issues at the first contact if possible following troubleshooting protocols through multiple contact channels (phone, e-mail, chat), while maintaining solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

What you will need to do :

  • Act as the first point of contact for all the Italian-speaking customers
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide software troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
  • Assist customers to manage / secure their account & passwords
  • Resolve customers’ online store post-sales requests
  • Deliver high quality support : provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods / tools
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Requirements

    The must have, in order to be our Italian speaker technical expert are :

  • Native-level or near-native level in Italian language, along with good English skills
  • Tech savvy, curious and problem-solving acumen
  • Ability to identify technical issues and suggest immediate solutions to clients
  • Provide systematic assistance to customers in a communicative manner
  • High School Diploma
  • Flexibility to work night shifts / weekend shifts (if applicable)
  • Familiarity with iOS and / or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
