The Hotels have a total of 422 rooms and suites, exquisite banqueting facilities, famous outlets, the famous Alexander’s Bar, and the rejuvenating GB Spa.
Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of :
Will be reporting to the Director of Human Resources
Duties and Responsibilities to include :
Daily support in the administration of Associate Life cycle tasks, and HR Office operations
Daily management of digital tasks on Government portal of Ergani
Assistant in all Hotel Corporate Social Responsibility actions, events, and their HR projects as needed.
The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes
University Degree in a Human Resources, with preferable a Master’s certification
ECDL certification with excellent knowledge of Excel
Working knowledge of Government portal of Ergani from previous employment, as well as, SEPENET
At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality sector or related industry
Excellent command of the English language certified at minimum of Proficiency level; more languages will be considered an asset
Strong people and project management skills
Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
Organizing skills and coordination ability
Strong Analytical skills
Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
