Role Profile :
The jobholder will perform Presales Solutions Design for IoT Solutions for private and public sector customers. The job holder will have the opportunity to develop expertise in new technologies / services, work closely with the product and development team as well as with the sales team in a wide network of key accounts.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Find the solution and create a written technical solution proposal that meets customer requirements
Presentation of services and solutions to customers
Achieve through cooperation and support of Vodafone’s business account managers the commercial targets
Perform customer visits, enquire with customer IT personnel & analyse customer needs
Key performance indicators :
Build pipeline to exceed TCV and Revenue targets
Delivers against annual TCV target
Delivers Revenue targets
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
Enthusiastic and passionate, with strong customer orientation
Previous working experience in a similar position in a Telecommunications or IT company
To be able to compose solutions for IoT solutions
Experience in technical writing for the above
Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers and partners.
Strong results orientation and flexibility to work under pressure & tight timelines
Ability and interest to learn about the latest business services and products.
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
University degree in Telecoms / IT or related
Excellent command in writing and speaking of both Greek and English language
Postgraduate degree in Telecommunications or IT
