We are currently looking for a National Sales Manager to join us and build on the team’s success.
Key Roles / Responsibilities :
Develop strategies and tactics in collaboration with Brand Teams to provide optimal resource allocation and consistent Brand Plans implementation by the Sales Team
Ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded and operational budgets are managed
Build on the development of Sales Teams’ capabilities through effective talent management recruitment and succession planning
Set objectives, coach / mentor, assess skill development of FLSMs to ensure appropriate delivery of sales and portfolio management
Represent sales function in brand team both locally and at Western Southern Europe cluster level during meetings such Business Reviews
The successful candidate profile should have :
At least 4 years of experience as First Line Sales Manager or in similar role in Pharma
Experience as Manager of People Managers, especially in Pharma, will be considered an asset
University Degree is required, Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Strong Performance management skills with focus on Sales force effectiveness and in-call Performance
Budget management, presentation and negotiation skills
Strategic & analytical thinking
Robust business acumen
Excellent command of English language
