Duties : 2nd Shift - roughly 2pm-1030pm with OT as needed This position is retention bonus eligible - (USD)250 paid to worker 30 and 60 days In this position, the incumbent will be trained in the setup, operations, and troubleshooting of the equipment in thePackaging and Labeling areas.
Duties will include documentation of work, provide direction, assistance, technical support,and maintain compliance. Direct the initial training for new hires and assist with on-going training for existing teammembers.
Supervision of shift activities will be required in the absence of shift supervisors. Provide guidance and supportto the label center as needed or directed by management.
Must integrate company initiatives such as BPE into workpractices. Responsible for ensuring labeling and packaging of products are performed in a safe manner and, which meetall product specifications in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practice standards.

Duties & Responsibilities : - Perform duties associated with Packaging and Labeling processes, line set-up, inspection, counting, line clearance,changeover, reject / sampling processes, and verifications required in accordance with batch production records and incompliance with current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) standards, all current safety standards and site procedures.
Assist with all documentation review as directed by department management.- Basic operation of Packaging and Labeling equipment and ensures all equipment, instruments and production materialsare released and available for use.
Look up and perform transactions within the electronic inventory managementsystem.- Oversees production processes, cleaning, and in-process batch quality checks per written procedures safely, consistentlyand effectively.
Ensure Packaging and Labeling areas are cleaned / maintained and submit work orders as needed.- Create and update standard operating procedures, conduct investigations, write deviation reports and complete assignedtraining to include general company procedures, area procedures, equipment operation, computer operation, safety, GMP,BPE, and other as needed.
g., USDA, OSHA, EU, FDA, etc.) and Companypolicy and procedures. When violations are noted / observed they are to be immediately reported to management.
