You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met.

As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes.

In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

    What you need to know about this position :

  • Support the full cycle payroll process
  • Support hiring / termination process and prepares necessary forms
  • Administer employee benefits (private medical insurance plan, company cars, vouchers, mobile phones)
  • Enter data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs
  • Maintain accurate records, produce, and communicate payroll and benefits related reports
  • Safeguard compliance with the Local Employment Law (on Payroll) and internal policies
  • Liaise with auditors and support payroll audits
  • Act as point of contact for employees' payroll related queries
  • Develop best practices to improve efficiency of payroll processes
  • What extra ingredients you will bring :

  • Proven min. 2 years of payroll working experience
  • Good knowledge of local legislation and regulations of the field
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good sense of responsibility & commitment to confidentiality
  • Education / Certifications :

  • BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered a plus
  • Work schedule : Full-Time (Temporary Contract)

    The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
