The opportunity We are the leading provider of Tax and Legal services in Greece solving difficult tax and legal issues our clients are facing and providing solutions to their complex business needs.

Our team of Tax advisors provides services such as transfer pricing, corporate income tax, indirect taxes (VAT), fees and customs, international tax structuring, M&A tax support, tax compliance and tax litigation.

Our clients are large listed companies, local subsidiaries of multinationals and family owned businesses. Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for Tax Mergers and Acquisitions services, we are now recruiting Associates / Senior Associates for our Tax Advice Team in Athens.

The role entails Be part of the Tax advice team, focused on a wide spectrum of tax advisory issues Carrying out technical research on tax legislation and jurisprudence Support client engagements including preparing concise and accurate proposals and reports Assisting with the buy side and sell side of tax due diligence Assisting with advising clients on the structuring of business transactions and tax implications Reviewing / preparing annual corporate income tax returns Seek opportunities to develop your own expertise by taking on greater responsibility and / or more technically demanding tasks The successful candidate should have 2-6 years of previous working experience on accounting & taxation matters;

Specific experience in tax M&A will be considered a strong asset Degree in Law, Economics, or Accounting & Finance, from a top-tier university;

Master’s degree in Taxation or other Professional Qualification (ACCA) will be considered a strong asset; Strong verbal and writing skills both in English & in Greek;

A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients Commercial awareness, including the understanding of wider business issues Self motivated, confident and proactive;
