Job Descripcion

Expand the network of agents in a designated territory in Greece presenting RIA Money Transfer Service as a business opportunity.

This position is based in North Greece (preferably in Salonica).

Develop strong relationships with agents to ensure long term loyalty to the Company; use solid financial & business acumen to demonstrate the value of the service proposition to the prospective agent.

Language :

English and Greek Fluent.

Other languages are a plus : Urdu, Tagalog, Punjabi, Albanian, Georgian, Arabic, Bulgarian, Romanian

We are recruiting an Account Manager in north Greece (Thessaloniki). Signing partnership with new agents (proximity stores) and developing the money transfer activity of your portfolio of agents, reporting to your manager, your missions are :

1 / Prospection

  • Door to door prospection, negotiation of the contract
  • Creation of each new partner application for the regulator agreement
  • Installation and training of your future partners
  • 2 / Business Development

  • Develop strong relationship with agents to ensure long term loyalty to the company
  • Promote our service at agents’ location
  • Follow up of agents to increase their money transfer activity
  • You will be expected to spend a major part of your time (around 90%) out of the office recruiting new agents and developing existing ones.

    At Ria, we do not have a typical profile, but we are looking for a motivated person, with a commercial flair, a taste for the field and cultural diversity, but also the sense of organization and Team Spirit.

    Experience in sales and owning a personal vehicle is recommended.
