The Enterprise Platforms & Security (EP&S) team delivers the following capabilities for Pfizer. Business application platforms supporting Pfizer’s enterprise application and critical business processes.
Infrastructure allowing business traffic to travel where it needs to go, internally and externally, along with the appropriate access controls.
EP&S secures Pfizer's most important information assets through world class controls and protections and enables Pfizer's business results by making security an enabler and not a roadblock to achieving business results.
The Manager, EP&S Business Operations will report to the Sr. Manager, EP&S Business Operations, and support in overseeing, developing, and implementing coordinated colleague engagement and communication activities across the Enterprise Platforms & Security organization.
The Manager is responsible for developing and executing communications that shape the EP&S organization’s culture. This will include colleague communications, and content creation as well as the planning and execution for cultural & engagement activities for EP&S.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Under direct oversight of the Sr. Manager EP&S Business Operations, this role will :
Develop and manage distribution of EP&S internal communications & external service notifications
Interface with EP&S colleagues to ensure the highest satisfaction with the business operations services.
Support the cross-functional work with the Global Cultural Engagement team across the EP&S organization to implement a strategy to foster greater engagement and align with programs in support of global initiatives and activities (i.
e., Pfizer Values & Behaviors : Excellence, Equity, Courage, Joy).
Manage, organize and execute all cultural activities along with the Global Cultural Engagement team
Partner with the Digital Change Network team to ensure colleague engagement is in alignment with Pfizer Digital’s vision and mission.
Maintain, and monitor key operational metrics to measure business operations service effectiveness, anticipate demand, and inform service strategy
Assist in planning EP&S events
Ability to propose and deliver on creative possibilities enhancing the EP&S culture
Define continuous improvement opportunities based on support and service demands
Define and track OKRs / metrics for the EP&S operating model
Bring a pay it forward’ attitude with our best practices and lessons learned partnering others in Digital with similar roles
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Marketing a plus.
5+ years of internal experience in a corporate environment or highly regulated industry.
Work under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to create alignment across the organization for communications messaging and processes.
Experience managing internal social media platforms (Teams and Yammer, or similar).
Ability to navigate a global organization and create an effective network of colleagues across levels.
Ability to navigate ambiguity.
Cross platform proficient in Microsoft Windows and Mac OS
Skilled in PowerPoint, PhotoShop and Illustrator
Significant experience working with PowerPoint®, SharePoint, and other Microsoft® office applications
Aptitude for quick, creative thinking
Acute attention to detail with emphasis on quality
Strong time management skills
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent cross group collaborations skills
Strong understanding of design, information display, and information hierarchy
The ability to creatively problem solve, listen, analyze, suggest, and construct solutions to technical information
