Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for technology consulting services, we are now recruiting a Senior Associate (IT Project Management) in our Technology Consulting team in Athens.

We are looking for a Technology Advisory Senior Associate (IT Project Management) with consulting, technological and industry experience who will help our clients solve their complex issues from strategy through execution.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop (IT) project management plans.
Elaborate projects scope and objectives, and deliver tasks prioritization.
Estimate projects resource needs.
Conduct projects risk assessments and deliver mitigation plans.
Manage projects external and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate projects team members.
Coordinate or lead projects requirements analysis / testing phases.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire projects execution.
Monitor projects progress and make adjustments as needed.
Coordinate and monitor projects through the entire project lifecycle.
Report and escalate issues when necessary.
Manage projects performance with appropriate KPIs.
Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
What we are looking for
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant fields; advanced degrees (MBA or other master’s degree) viewed favorably.
Proven track record in IT Project Management, ideally for public sector.
Experience in IT Requirements Analysis / Management would be an asset.
Relevant (to the afore-mentioned) 4-year professional experience.
High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work autonomously
Exceptional business acumen and high judgment be able to use business and technology depth and breadth to understand customer needs and shape transformation initiative.
Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
Clear and concise spoken and written communication style tailored to each specific audience.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skill to build sustain relationship with all people at all level throughout the organization.
Technical fluency and ability to speak knowledgeably about broad technology, business trends and product details.
