The Digital Manufacturing Team is responsible for the delivery of Pfizer's Core Digital Manufacturing Operations Management (MoM) capabilities at every level of the PGS Plant Network (ISA 95 Levels 0-4).


  • Support identifying, scoping, developing, delivering and supporting systems by coordinating between Greece Technology Hub MI Development team and solution teams across,
  • Major Core solutions : MIAP- Manufacturing Intelligence analytics platform, Informa, process engineering
  • Misc Engineering Apps not supported by Site Engineering or Managed Support Team
  • Create long-term and short-term plans
  • Provide guidance to team members by ensuring clarity around priorities and goals
  • Manage project priorities including setting targets for milestones to ensure that the team meets the deadline
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required
  • Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals
  • Ensuring the entire technology stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
  • Provide Technical GxP process support, while ensuring all solutions are complaint from an Audit and Change Management perspective.
  • Development & Technical Resource Capacity Planning
  • Act as a thought leader on emerging digital technologies
  • Release Planning and Impact Assessment
  • Own all solutions under the MIAP platform (Tibco Business Works.Tibco Business events, Tibco Data Science, Kafka, Tibco Stream Base, Tibco Data Virtualiation)
  • Solution owner for all application developed with MIAP
  • Own DevOps & Continous Delivery Integration across all solutions
  • Deployment Hypercare Support with Application Support
  • Vendor Support Escalation
  • Solution Archival Strategy & Performance Managment
  • Technical Solution Roadmap & Governance
  • Disaster Recovery Planning
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Digital, PGS, and Strategic Partners
  • Create and maintain development and delivery guidelines to improve team efficiency and solution quality.

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Solution Development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on analytics platforms (Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), Database, frontend UI tools)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with cloud-based analytics tools (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with ETL tools and applications
  • Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
  • Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
  • Experience in software engineering and design architecture
  • Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework-both front-end and back-end, if necessary
  • Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
  • Ability to learn new tools and applications. Set strategy for application lifecycle and best practice guidelines
  • Appreciation for clean and well documented code Ability to work across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities as required.
  • Strong process and procedure skills, most particularly regarding System Development Lifecycle, functional enhancement governance, and stakeholder management - Required
  • Experience in all lifecycle phases of managing SaaS / cloud-based solutions required.
  • Experience in managing L4 support queues and adhering to defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Strong experience in MS Office Products (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving
  • Experience using standard requirements business analysis techniques, including brainstorming, interviewing, requirements sessions, activity diagrams and use cases desired
  • Experience in all stages of system and application lifecycle from value analysis, business case development, solution deployment through value realization and system retirement is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities as required.
