The Digital Manufacturing Team is responsible for the delivery of Pfizer's Core Digital Manufacturing Operations Management (MoM) capabilities at every level of the PGS Plant Network (ISA 95 Levels 0-4).

Ensuring the entire technology stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
Provide Technical GxP process support, while ensuring all solutions are complaint from an Audit and Change Management perspective.

Education : Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of experience in IT Solution Development
Minimum 3 years of experience working on analytics platforms (Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), Database, frontend UI tools)
Minimum 3 years of experience working with cloud-based analytics tools (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Minimum 3 years of experience working with ETL tools and applications
Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
Experience in software engineering and design architecture
Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework-both front-end and back-end, if necessary
Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
Ability to learn new tools and applications. Set strategy for application lifecycle and best practice guidelines
Appreciation for clean and well documented code Ability to work across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities as required.
Strong process and procedure skills, most particularly regarding System Development Lifecycle, functional enhancement governance, and stakeholder management - Required
Experience in all lifecycle phases of managing SaaS / cloud-based solutions required.
Experience in managing L4 support queues and adhering to defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Strong experience in MS Office Products (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability to work in ambiguous situations
Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving
Experience using standard requirements business analysis techniques, including brainstorming, interviewing, requirements sessions, activity diagrams and use cases desired
Experience in all stages of system and application lifecycle from value analysis, business case development, solution deployment through value realization and system retirement is a significant advantage.
