Job Description

For our Commercial Operations Unit in Greece, we are currently looking for a

Product Manager - Coagulation (m / f / d)

Main Tasks and Respnsibilities :

  • You are leading the strategic planning process for coagulation franchise portfolio and, in collaboration with the Commercial Team, develop the brand strategy for coagulation products
  • You develop the annual strategy Marketing plan and be responsible for the execution and Evaluation of strategies and tactics for all customer targets
  • You develop the necessary promotional materials / tools and you oversee and maintain Advertising & Promotional budget
  • You monitor and evaluate the external and competitive environment and respond appropriately
  • You design and implement Market Research initiatives and collect competitive intelligence information
  • You promote coagulation franchise products to HCPs within Greek hemophilia Centers (HTCs)
  • You build strong Long-term relationships / partnerships with Greek HTC HCPs and the respective KOLs & Hospital Pharmacists
  • In collabroation with the Key Account Management, you are responsible for the inclusion of new coagulation Franchise products in Hospital formularies
  • You maintain in-depth knowledge of the CSL Behring product portfolio and competitive landscape, and are able to effectively communicate the benefits of CSL Behring and handle customer objections
  • You participate in national and international congresses within the Therapy Area
  • You will work closely with commercial team members (sales manager, KAMs, medical affairs and market access) to ensure a cross-
  • functional synergistic approach to KOLs

  • You cooperate with other internal functions - Regulatory, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Logistics, Finance - to ensure smooth execution of the marketing plan
  • You ensure that all sales / Marketing strategies and promotional materials / activities for the Coagulation Portfolio, as well as personal Actions, comply with the CSL Code of Responsibile Business Conduct and all relevant national legislation and industry codes (SFEE code)
  • Qualifications :

  • You hold an University degree, most preferably in natural sciences / health sciences, ideally including a post-graduate degree in economics or business administration (MBA)
  • You have a Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry in Sales, Marketing or Medical Science Liaison functions
  • Preferably you already gained experience in a multi-national Pharmaceutical Company having worked in Hospital speciality pharmaceutical products
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities, with demonstrated Business planning ability, strong organizational skills, and innovative thinking
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong negotiation, influencing and Leadership skills
  • Demonstrated abilility to manage relationship with KOLs
  • Strong working Knowledge of regulations governing ethical Promotion of pharmaceutical products and interactions with HCPs
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written & oral)
  • Excellent command of MS Office Computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
