As a Facilities Manager you will be responsible for a wide range of building and site activities including safety, access, maintenance, remodeling and construction activities.
Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison for occupants as well as campus and external agencies and contractors.
Schedule and supervise scheduled maintenance repair work.
Ensure compliance with governmental safety regulations.
Oversee security of buildings grounds and equipment.
Maintain ongoing communication with contractors.
Oversee contractors; perform follow-up investigations; monitor results.
Act as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance management projects.
Serve as the emergency essential position and as on-call manager for emergencies.
Undertake routine inspections.
Perform and document regular risk assessments about health and safety potential issues.
Organize internal office alternation.
Cost saving reports.
Your Key Qualifications
Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management.
At least 5 years relevant experience in managing facilities management services to multiple sites.
Problem solving skills.
Proven ability in leading directly employed services team is essential.
Display high level of motivation and drive at all times.
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
