Summary

The Field Service Representative (FSR) will plan and perform all activities related to inventory control and facility maintenance within a Secret warehouse environment for F-16 parts.

The Field Service Representative (FSR) is responsible for ensuring control and accountability of the items in transit, storage, and while in use, as well as ensure all parts and materials are properly stored and safeguarded according to IAW Secret security classification guidelines and that accurate and appropriate levels of inventory logs and reporting are maintained to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control F-16 parts in transit, storage, and in use.
  • Manage access to US Secret facility and parts.
  • Perform all periodic checks and replacement of parts as required by the various manufacturers of auxiliary mechanical, electrical, and security systems associated within the facility.
  • Provide a schedule of manufacturer’s recommended maintenance items for all auxiliary systems.
  • Participate with the customer in transportation of assets from Greek port of entry, keeping daily records, generating reports, and participating in inspections.
  • Provide a monthly report of maintenance duties performed.
  • Maintain inventory control.
  • Support basic operations and maintenance of warehouse facility.
  • Maintain inventory logs, records, and reports.
  • Respond to facility alarms.
  • Perform random inspections of end item usage and report findings to program manager.
  • Update and maintain security system, specifically the open options and vanguard software.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience to include : Managing secret level facility accessExperience troubleshooting, programming, and repairing CCTV, intrusion detection, electronic surveillance systems, including but not limited to updating and maintaining Open Options software as well as Vanguard monitoring systemExperience with bio-metric electronics and software
  • 3+ years of related experience in Aviation Parts Inventory and Facility Management.
  • Experience to include : Managing inventory control of classified aviation parts, preferably F-16.Experience with cable splicing.
  • Facility management, including but not limited to the following : Electrical system : repair / replacement Emergency generator : refill / repair / replacement Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems : refill / repair / replacement Miscellaneous maintenance : grounds and pest control
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must not maintain dual citizenships
  • Final secret level security clearance required
  • The position requires a COVID vaccination or an approved accommodation / exemption for a disability / medical condition or religious belief
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work in a foreign country.
  • Knowledge of NISPOM (5-306 and 5-800) requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to be on call and respond within one hour if an intrusion detection alarm is detected.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Database management skills preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone.
