You'll manage demand forecast and Supply Chain in order to ensure the products availability while maintaining an optimal stock level and to collaborate with different functions.

Responsibilities :

Develop demand forecasts as basis for supply chain activities using tools SAP APO / SNP / KINAXIS / IBP. Overall management of the incoming goods and the supply chain to ensure product availability and no out of stocks

Manage enterprise consensus forecasts for assigned brands and business units at SKU level. Μake demand planning corrective actions and improvements, obsolescence management recommendations

Analyse consumer and trade promotions, run rates, trends and seasonality to achieve business alignment

Lead monthly demand planning meetings with Trade Mktg and Brand Managers and S&OP meetings

Manage and develop demand forecasters to keep high level of KPIs in terms of sales to customers, inventories, and forecast accuracy, monitor smooth transition of EPD’s and on time launch of NPD’s and responsible for Supply Losses (included write-offs from the factories)

Requirements :

5-7 years of experience in Demand / Supply Planning (in FMCG or Pharma considered as a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in Supply & Demand

Advanced level of English

Experience in SAP
