Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) houses the Finance Center of Excellence for Intrum. The Finance CoE is responsible for Accounting as well as Financial and Business controlling.
As a member of the Financial Applications Operations team, you will be a part of the global IT operations delivery organization supporting the finance applications used by the finance team.
Your responsibilities will include :
Addressing service requests and incidents for financial applications related to accounting and finance functional areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business Assets, and General Ledger.
Working with a team of financial application specialists providing solutions for business process and configuration change requests from accounting and finance functional area process owners.
Prepare testing plans and perform tests with finance users to ensure functional requirements are met
Prepare user manuals, instructions, and process documentation where needed
Coordinate issue resolution with external 3rd level application support resources
Perform other tasks delegated by Team Leader
