As a Disputes Analyst you will be managing the whole process of investigating disputed credit and / or debit card transactions and then take suitable actions to resolve those disputes.
Besides being in contact with the payment service providers, you should also interact with our customers and make sure to maintain a good customer experience.
This role should be up to date with the latest scheme rules and regulations and propose potential improvements in current processes.
The disputes’ resolution team is part of the Payments and Fraud Team.
Manage chargeback reports sent by payment service providers
Communicate with payment service providers and customers to resolve disputes filed
Perform the data entry of relevant information in company's tools
Insert records of chargebacks in other systems (accounting)
Cooperate with Customer Care to manage disputed reservations
Provide feedback to other departments involved, targeting to optimize customer experience and fraud prevention
Be constantly updated with scheme regulations and best practices
Produce reports and follow-up on financial losses related to disputed reservations
2-3 years former work experience in a similar role in the online payments area
Previous experience in a customer support position will be considered a plus
University degree preferably in an economic related subject
Team player with strong communication, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Αnalytical skills and thirst for knowledge
Ability to set priorities and make decisions
Fluency in English (verbal and written). Fluency in other languages will be considered a plus
