Medical Sales Representative in Thessaloniki

The role is accountable for promoting dermocosmetic products through effective interaction to Dermatologists in order to increase awareness and usage.

The position reports to District Manager Dermatology.

Responsibilities

  • Build effective business relationships with Health Care Partners, Key Accounts and Customers
  • Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
  • Distribute information to health care professionals
  • Implement Sales Action Plans and Key Objectives Strategies in his territory, programs and budgets of expenses for assigned products.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies designed to secure maximum market potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Correct application of all internal processes of the company (CRM system, operational expenses, weekly-monthly programs, etc.)
  • Forward all spontaneous reports of adverse events for Lavipharm’s healthcare products, communicated by any person employee or non Lavipharm, inside or outside of the workplace within the specified time limits.
  • Attend education on topics related to his role (induction program and presentations).
  • Attend compulsory education and training on topics related to company's healthcare products and his role in promoting them within a specific strategy.
  • Ensure the understanding and implementation of the code of Ethics.
  • Participate in meetings
  • Participate in projects regarding Business Development
  • Organize sales and marketing events AVs, Doctors meetings, Advisory Boards
  • Provide timely and complete reports on all sales activities, if required
  • Improve his professional skills through training (PSS)
  • Travel frequently to province
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration or relevant field
  • At least 3 years’ sales experience in the dermatology area
  • Good Knowledge of English language
  • Computer Literacy
  • Required Skills

  • Strong account management skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships
  • A remuneration package is offered, including company car, mobile phone, performance bonus as well as private medical insurance.
