    As a Front Office Administrator your duties will include :

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the reception desk and the switch board
  • Ensure that all aspects of the office is functioning in an efficient way
  • Support the daily work life of the employees and visitors
  • Handle post, couriers and the inbox mailing
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and appointments
  • Support the visitors : booking of hotels, taxis, restaurants
  • Responsible for the facilities management and the ordering of office supplies
  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of the meeting rooms, printer room and storage rooms
  • Coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of the company premises
  • Ensure that all technical equipment is well functioning
  • Procure office supplies
  • Maintain inventory of office stationery
  • Support the coordination of the company events
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals, where necessary
  • Ad hoc duties as required and directed by the line manager

    The ideal candidate for this Front Office Administrator position should have :

  • Bachelor's Degree will be considered as an asset
  • Previous experience as Administrator or Receptionist, ideally in a multinational company
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work with accuracy
  • Positive, approachable, resourceful and assertive professional
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise, follow up and multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office : Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
