Develop, plan and implement each client’s digital marketing strategy and plan
Manage client’s expectations and communication flow, including internal teams (digital marketing, development, creative teams)
Ensure that campaigns in search, social or any other marketing platforms are properly set up and participate to infuse the expert knowledge of these tools to both campaigns and other members of the team.
Lead a team of 2-4 people while being a source of supportive power for them in the task of developing and implementing the agreed project strategy and architecture.
Review and optimize social media content developed for customers internally or not. Use expertise in content utilization to optimize the effectiveness.
Provide expert consultation to customers of the company, helping them to make the most out of the digital tools available and used by the company.
Finalize reports that are sent to the clients, ensuring integrity and quality of deliverables
Lead the campaign optimization efforts of the team, ensuring that ROI and RoAS of the customer is maintained in increased levels and that business objectives are met.
Ensure that customers assigned to the team are growing their business and that the service offered by the team meet the expectations.
Lead meetings with customers and provide assistance in the process of translating strategy to actions.
Train and develop member(s) of the team that report to them.
