Responsibilities
Designing systems’ architecture
Developing core features of web applications we build
Decide with the team how to approach new features
Working in a highly collaborative environment
Peer code reviews
Working at your own pace to deliver well tested and high-quality software
Sharing knowledge about the challenges and solutions encountered
Your key skills
Deep understanding of Kotlin and Java
Knowledge of Spring Framework
NoSQL and Relational databases - preferred MongoDB
Knowledge of tools : IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Gradle, Gitlab or similar
Testing frameworks - JUnit5, AssertJ
Reactive stack - preferred Project Reactor
Writing clean and readable code (SOLID, DRY, YAGNI, KISS)
Play as a mentor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ownership, openness, and commitment
Very good written and spoken English
Fluent Polish
