The Junior RF Engineer is responsible for Wireless KPI monitoring, optimizing and providing recommendations for solutions to integrate, commission, tune and provision some of the most advanced RF networks in the world.
What will your job look like?
Work Order, RF Designs validation
gNodeB eNodeB and RNC / BSC Scripts preparation and activation
Alarm Troubleshooting & Post Launch Performance Validation
OSS Parameters validation against Operators Golden Standards
KPIs Monitoring & Performance verification
Communication with Field Crews before, during and after Integration process
Attend Operator’s delivery Calls, by providing engineering support and Troubleshooting
Radio Access Network Issues ticketing and proper escalation to customer
Drive Test / Driveless Data Process and report generation (statistic graphs & map plots).
Reporting to Operations Manager and Unit Lead
Special Position Requirements
This is a 5-day working position, including 1 or 2 Saturdays per month
