We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients.

You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.


This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers in Greece and Cyprus. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s innovative solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and their organizational relationships in key stakeholder groups (payer, patient and physician)
  • Assist with the development and implementation of public relations
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to Commercial Director using key account metrics
  • Required skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales & Marketing Manager
  • BSc / BA in Business Administration, Sales, Communications, Customer Relationship Management or any other related field
  • Ability to demonstrate a great deal of sales experience, possessing an ability to drive sales and having met and even exceeded business targets, as well as providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Experience in medical field and ability to review and analyze business and medical data
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
