In order to strengthen our team in Athens area, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our existing successful field service team as :

  • The following skills are required of the applicant :

  • This role requires a pro-active person, focused upon our customer, with a driven sales focus, able to add value to our customers business.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Higher education- 1st level University degree, knowledge of the lifting equipment market will be a big plus!
  • Knowledge of the English language at the communicative level.
  • Structured approach to completing workload.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Attitudes towards achieving goals, responsibility and commitment to performed tasks,
  • Skills to build good relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Independence and good organization of work.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Regular consultation with our customers.
  • Perform Business Review with customer with a goal of expanding the service agreement and securing the renewal. Carrying out follow up calls and management of the Sales Funnel through use of our CRM software ensuring cases are up to date and at the correct stage.
  • This role will have the responsibility for meeting assigned sales targets and will require close collaboration with our sales team / service managers.
  • Creating sales leads based upon consultations with our customers and assigning leads to correct sales resources.
