Job Summary :

We are looking for a Guest Relations / Concierge Agent to provide high-quality-personalized services to all our hotel Guests.

The Guest Relations / Concierge Agent will be the ambassador of our #BillAndCooWayOfLife, will create memorable experiences to each Guest and will ensure that all our Guests enjoy themselves and feel like home!

For this role, we are looking for an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations, a reliable and customer-

oriented professional as he / she will serve as a primary point of contact for our Guests.

Responsibilities include :

  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way and assisting them with the check-in procedure and
  • Addressing and escalating Guest’s complaints
  • Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
  • Replying to Guest e-mails and handling all Guests pre-arrival requests in order to prepare their itineraries
  • Attending to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
  • Providing information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
  • Anticipating guest needs and build rapport with them
  • Offering assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
  • Recording daily information in the logbook
  • Assisting Front Office Agents in various operational needs (e.g. check-in / check outs)
  • Requirements :

  • Previous experience as a Guest Relations / Concierge agent
  • Familiarity with leading hospitality industry standards
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in Mykonos island is a plus
  • Computer literacy
  • A customer-oriented and professional attitude
  • An outgoing personality
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of Hotel PMS (e.g. Opera)
  • Diploma or BSc / BA in Hospitality Management is preferred
