Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for our services, we are now recruiting experienced professionals at the grade of Senior Associate for our Governance, Risk and Compliance Services team in Athens.
The role entails :
Executing internal audit, corporate governance, risk and compliance projects at clients in various industry sectors (e.g.
financial services, shipping, consumer products, manufacturing, construction, energy etc.).
Be a member of project teams, assisting in the preparation of project deliverables, reports and presentations.
Meeting with client personnel, collecting and filtering information.
Incorporating findings and conclusions appropriately into a key issues oriented report delivered to our clients.
Application of common sense / commercial awareness / knowledge obtained during the project to assess the quality and reliability of information supplied.
What we are looking for :
3 - 6 years of previous working experience in an internal audit position or in the fields of audit (internal or external), risk management, compliance, business advisory, etc.
Strong academic record, including a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Management, Financial Accounting or other related field
Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)
A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
Ability to work well as part of a multi-functional team with a flexible and team-focused style
Ability to be agile in changing circumstances both internally and externally when dealing with client issues
Excellent business sense and commercial awareness
Excellent financial and business analytical skills
Ability to multitask effectively, and to balance client delivery and internal responsibilities
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Military services fulfilled for male candidates
Any of the following will be considered an asset :
A relevant professional qualification (CIA, CRMA, CCSA, ACCA etc.).
Experience with data analysis tools such as ACL, SAS, Qlikview, Tableau or similar.
