Accountabilities

Maximizes sales of Amgen’s products in territory

Exceeds sales targets

Delivers and articulates key messages

Solelyimplement agreed POA in line with marketing strategy

Identifies and establisheshigh quality customer relationshipsand internal collaboration

Knows in-depth knowledge of the product(s), market , stakeholders and competitors

Responsibilities

  • Independently develops and implements territory POA and key account plans
  • Exceeds POA
  • Evaluates progress vs. plan monthly and conducts systematic analysis of problems
  • Proactively collaborates to Cluster / Territory Teams Collaborates (Medical Affairs / Key Account Manager, etc.) to agree on key account plan
  • Excelling of Amgen Performance 4 selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs
  • Continuously develops and improves product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs. Drives own development
  • Organizes and manages activities in a timely fashion and follow-up with customers
  • Attends and positively contributes to all relevant training programs. Plays a leading role in cycle meeting s and training events.
  • Demonstrates mastery of objection handlingtechniques
  • Qualifications (minimum are mandatory, pls select ifany preferred)

    Minimum Requirements

    Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job

    Basic knowledge of and experience in a hospital environment

    Experience with digital tools(platforms, social media, MS office)

    Demonstrated digital skills

    Preferred Requirements

    Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in oncology (solid tumors) in a sales-related job

    Bachelor’s degree in life scienceor (bio) medical sciences

    Knowledge of Customer RelationManagement principles

    Exposure to interactions with various disciplines and organizational levels

    Exposure to project management principles
