As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include :
Builds plans to deliver profitable national sales
Analyze business, creates action plans and gains buy-in with store management, teaches business acumen
Directs workforce management activities.

Provides feedback to direct reports and holds them accountable for their goals and job responsibilities

At least 5+ years experience as a Sales Manager in multi-unit retail industry environment
University / Bachelor Degree or Master's in Business relevant area
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Sound judgment, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making
Strong talent management skills
Team building and management skills
Ability to network and create relationships while working efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to travel frequently through the year
