The key responsibilities of this role will include :
Assisting in project implementation to guarantee time efficiency, communication and organization of all projects
Prepare agendas for the meetings, write minutes
Testing, documentation, user training, and helpdesk for software applications;
Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings; Coordinate effectively the project team (including external stakeholders) ensuring that team members are motivated;
Act as liaison with the customer and sub-contractors
Develop a detailed project plan and track activities against plan providing regular, accurate, and timely reports
The key requirements of this role are :
University Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant discipline
4-5 years of working experience in Information Systems / IT project management
Working experience of how various technologies work & translating the business domain requirements to technical designs
Exposure in medium / large scale enterprise application and data management projects
Strong Project Management skills
Experience in any of the following : MS Dynamics 365 Applications (CRM, and / or Power Apps, and / or Power BI) - Other CRM / ERP solutions
Familiar with PMP methodologies
