Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to its clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and timely delivering of our leading web design, web development, online marketing and content production solutions, meeting clients’ objectives and expectations.
The KAM needs to have excellent leadership and management skills to coordinate with the entire team, to combine creativity with intelligent science, ability to define marketing strategies that can be implemented through client’s web presence and digital services, and to have proven experience of having establishing trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Grow business by cross-selling and looking for every opportunity that can be addressed by Mozaik’s leading services including branding, web production and online marketing
Coordinate with Project Managers on the involvement of company personnel, including production, support, and management teams, in order to meet account performance objectives and clients’ expectations
Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones included in Mozaik’s planning
Communicate periodically the progress of all initiatives to client key people
Support Sales Team in new opportunities handling and lead presentations for new campaign ideas and budget to potential new client
Collaboration with the Project Manager to brief creative, production, and online marketing teams and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies
Coach and develop junior team members
Engage the audience through dynamic delivery
Assess risks arising in relationships with clients under management and proactively escalate for directions
Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of digital projects within an account (e.g. web-site design, web-site development, banner advertising, etc.
to agreed scope, timings, budget and quality
Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed, quality standards are met, and that projects are executed within the planned budget and timeframe
Key Account Managers report to Account Supervisors
The position is based in Athens, Greece
Part of Key Account Managers’ time might be spent traveling in Greece and Europe

Skills and Experience
Academic Studies in Marketing, Business Administrator or Similar International exposure would be an asset
Work Experience 5+ years’ experience in similar field
Technical Skills Understanding of digital media and marketing concepts Proficient knowledge of technical terminology and concepts Advanced knowledge of major IT applications (MS office, Outlook etc.
Proficient knowledge and command of Greek and English languages (any other European Language will be an asset)
