Interweave is looking for a Account Director to oversee several agency accounts in Greece. A job that revolves around supervising multiple digital communication projects simultaneously, maintain positive and profitable client partnerships and look for opportunities to expand existing and potential relationships.
Working with us, you will collaborate with account managers, digital strategists, marketers, analysts, copywriters, community managers, designers and developers to build great experiences online.

Your job will include the implementation of the Annual Client Plan to establish positive partnerships and identify potential future collaborations and the delivery of excellent and creative work based on the agreed service standards.
You will need to become a trusted partner for the account management department who will nurture the talent and give valuable feedback to the team.
You will be responsible to spot any issues before they arise and be proactive and positive in dealing with them with the clients.
Throughout projects' duration you will need to collaborate with the heads of departments so as to ensure that the accounts are profitable - aiming to minimise over servicing keep all costs within the budgets.
Moreover, as the Account Director, you must be a proactive player, leading initiatives to grow fee income, not only within existing partnerships but also in New Business.
You will be responsible to track all new business in the pipeline and assign them to the account managers respectively. Depending on the projects' needs and complexity, you will need to be actively involved ensuring effectiveness and success.
You must understand all aspects of digital communications - content marketing, copy writing, SEO, design & development, to name a few, so that you may comprehend team's processes and needs.
You must be able to multitask and monitor multiple people's schedules so as to avoid over-burning of resources and deadline conflicts.

Experience in a leadership role as a representative of the senior management internally and externally

Ability to create and monitor an annual client plan for the existing and potential clients / projects

Reporting & Monitoring
Experience in revenue reporting so as to monitor monthly revenue reports of all active projects
Great understanding of profitability and numeracy in order to spot financial issues or payment delays and communicate them to the Head of Accounts, the Business Administration and Finance Director and the CEO
Agency Growth & Account Development
Supporting the new business process in pitches and leading the pitch process along with the assigned account managers
Ability to identity new client opportunities within existing or past clients and potential leads
Strong communication skills to represent the agency at events and networking opportunities to ensure that we become more widely acknowledged and create opportunities for new work
8+ years of experience at an advertising or communications or digital agency within account or project management
Love for our industry
Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
Excellent presentation skills (creating, as well as delivering, engaging, convincing presentations)
Experience in managing large client accounts (500k plus)
Capable of coordinating teams involved in digital (for example, websites, applications, campaigns, etc.) and creative projects (for example, campaigns, video production, activations, filming, photo production etc.)
Effectively liaise between creative, technology, performance, strategy and account management departments
Speed and proven ability to balance multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills
Knowledge of analytics and monitoring tools for successful data analysis
Excellent and proven planning and budgeting skills
Experience using task management tools
Crisis prevention and management skills
Experience in managing international projects either at multinational corporations or abroad
