Your skills
Excellent English verbal and written skills, including in the areas of legal and business-related vocabulary
Professional experience in the field of Data Protection
Profound knowledge of GDPR requirements, standards and global practices
Bachelor degree in Law (or equivalent), Data Protection Certifications are a plus
Ability to work both independently and in the team
Your Tasks
Review and negotiation of local and international Data Processing Agreements with our customers and suppliers
Supporting our sales and delivery teams in data protection inquiries and analysis as well as customer contact in general
Preparation of Data Processing Agreements, policies and other legal documents (such as Data Protection Impact Assessments and Transfer Impact Assessments) taking into account the needs and expectations of our internal and external stakeholders while complying with applicable data protection regulations
Conducting legal research in local implementation of the GDPR
Support in various legal administrative activities, including for example providing support for maintaining various ISO certifications
Participating in additional projects and initiatives within the legal department
