Manager, Global Pricing Solution Engineer
The Pricing & Tender Management Solutions team manages technology strategy and delivery for Pfizer’s Commercial Business Units and Patient & Health Impact (PHI) organizations.

The Global Pricing Solution Engineer will be accountable for the technology and solution development, engineering, systems integration, and delivery of Global Pricing Digital solutions.
The role will partner with various stakeholders across Pfizer Digital, business, and external technology vendors. The qualified candidate will work with exciting technologies such as Model N Global Price Management (Salesforce cloud), AI Predictive modeling tools (using Python, R, R-Shiny, MATLAB, Stata), Dashboards & KPI reporting (e.
g. Tableau), and other pricing analytics leveraging both internal enterprise data and 3rd party data (e.g. IQVIA, IHS Markit, etc.)
Responsible for designing and implementing critical customer facing solutions that optimize and improve operational processes in support of pricing governance, government transparency reporting, and overall decision supportDeliver innovative projects to drive pricing & market access insights using cutting edge analytics & modeling solutionsDesign & develop pricing & reimbursement dashboards using a variety of data sources to provide the business with the necessary decision-making insights (using Tableau and other toolsets)Develop integrations with new data sources & systemsEnhance existing & develop new predictive modeling tools using Python, R, R-Shiny in partnership with business & data scientistsEffectively collaborate with the Global Pricing business team to assess project requirements, design proposals, and apply new technologies to implement optimal solutionsBecome proficient in the existing portfolio of technology solutions to support platform upgrades, releases, and other maintenance activities
Demonstrated competency in Software Development Lifecycle management information technology engineering practices including technical requirements definition, design, implementation, configuration and systems life cycle management.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and object-oriented coding, storage, hosting, cloud, application, analytics and services technologiesAdvanced understanding of the following technologies : RDBMS (e.
g. Oracle, SQL server)Reporting tools (Tableau, Spotfire or BOBJ)ETL tools (Informatica, Infosphere)Cloud services (AWS, Salesforce)Excellent skills in oral and written communication, consensus building, facilitation, negotiation, and the ability to readily learn a new business area
