This Sales Operations Analyst role is part of our EMEA Sales Operations team, with specific focus on supporting the business administration activities in the region.
What you will do :
Will provide valuable support to the Sales Operations and Sales Leadership team with reporting, analytics, performance assessments, dashboards, commissions, as well as a multitude of other routine and ad hoc reports and projects.
Work collaboratively with sales leadership, managers and sales reps. The position is expected to increase sales effectiveness , sales productivity and process compliance within those regions by means of consulting with the sales force and implementing best practice sales & operational processes.
The position will also include certain responsibilities for specific subject matter areas and related continuous improvement project responsibilities.
For those responsibilities the position will directly interface with the Sales Ops management team.
Working with the Sales Operations team on core sales processes; sales performance management, may include commission validation and recognition.
Monitor effectiveness of sales teams’ use of processes and tools in order to understand needs.
Administer changes required to support sales performance management.
Perform a variety of both standard and ad-hoc reporting
Contribute to regional priorities and plans to create new and improved sales processes and tools.
Support wider EMEA regions as required
What you will bring to the role :
Sales operations analysis experience
Experience with Salesforce or equivalent application including Quote to Cash applications preferred
Data center experience preferred
Strong analytical / problem solving experience to deal with complex business problems. This includes risk definition, establishing quality control and implementation of end-to-end solutions.
Detail oriented, highly collaborative and persistent in the face of obstacles or challenges
Experience in reporting and metrics
Strong background in creation and delivery of internal communications
Outstanding reporting skills including excel pivots, databases, sorting, and data manipulation.
Outstanding analytical capability with attention to detail.
Experience with Salesforce and Apttus
Ability to learn and collaborate with Operations, IT, Real Estate, Procurement, HR, and Legal
Able to uphold standards, processes, and procedures.
Security clearance via Government may be required for customer support.
