Responsibilities

Support all operations in a Production environment, maintain the infrastructure / applications at peak performance levels

Participate in the deployment of new Software / Hardware

Work closely with local or overseas teams for incident resolution

Maintain and monitor incident tickets using the proper tracking tools

Assist customer in testing new releases

Writing custom scripts in order to extract data

Provision of training and documentation (internal technical and customer facing) for new features introduced in the system.

Qualifications

2-5 years working experience as an application engineer / developer or systems engineer.

Solid experience in Linux scripting

Troubleshooting skills

Experience in SQL database operations

Experience in Java, Python

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Ability to test and configure software packages and applications

Knowledge of incident tracking systems (Salesforce and Jira)

Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
